Nissan Recalls 134,000 Cars Over Airbag Wiring Defect

Nissan, the Japanese carmaker, has recalled over 134,000 US cars sold under its luxury brand Infiniti, following an internal investigation which revealed that a wiring flaw could cause the airbag to shut off in an event of a crash.

American Honda Motor has reported sales of 108,262 vehicles in March, 2010, an increase of 17.8% compared to 88,379 vehicles in the same period a year ago. Year-to-date sales were 256,412, representing an increase of 12.5% based on the daily selling rate.
